There will be NO re-issues for Lost or Stolen Tickets!!!
 
At the festival, your ticket will entitle you to one wristband.  DO NOT LOSE THE WRISTBAND.  The Mountain Jam Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands.

All sales are Final. Mountain Jam V is an All-Weather Event.  All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at Mountain Jam 2009; however, acts are subject to change without notice.

Purchase and or use of this ticket signifies agreement to the following:

1) This ticket is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

2) The Mountain Jam promoters reserve the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the festival, the venue and all applicable laws.

3) No refunds/exchanges for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands.

4) Ticket user assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event. Ticket purchaser bears all risks of inclement weather.

5) This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Mountain Jam.

6) Ticket user consents to use of his/her image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission or recording of the event by venue, artist or promoter.

7) The use of professional cameras or any video recording equipment is prohibited unless otherwise indicated by the venue, artist or promoter of the event.

9) Warning: prolonged exposure to loud music may cause long term hearing impairment.

10)  Avoid litter, please respect the venue and the environment
